Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NuMoon (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

NuMoon is a business intelligence platform that connects to your business tools, aggregates data, and provides AI-powered insights and recommendations. The Service includes data integration, dashboards, AI analysis, and reporting features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each account is associated with a single tenant (organization).

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you input or connect to NuMoon. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other customers' data
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Resell access without a white-label agreement

7. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans and provide 99.99% uptime SLA for Enterprise customers. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of a service outage, affected Enterprise customers are eligible for service credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

NuMoon provides business intelligence and recommendations for informational purposes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our insights or AI recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may suspend access for violation of these terms with notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will require explicit acknowledgment.
