Data Access Policy

1. What Data NuMoon Accesses

When you connect a tool to NuMoon, we request read-only access to analytics and operational data. The specific data depends on the integration:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square) — transaction amounts, dates, customer IDs, subscription status. Never full card numbers or bank account details.
  • Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) — campaign spend, impressions, clicks, conversions. Never your ad account credentials or billing info.
  • CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) — contacts, deals, pipeline stages, company records. Never passwords or internal notes unless explicitly shared.
  • Accounting (QuickBooks, Xero) — invoices, expenses, revenue totals. Never bank login credentials.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

  • All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2+.
  • Your data is tenant-isolated — no other account can access your information, and our AI models do not train on your data.
  • OAuth tokens used to connect integrations are stored with Fernet symmetric encryption and are never exposed in logs or API responses.
  • Passwords are hashed with argon2id, the current industry-leading algorithm.

3. What NuMoon Does NOT Do

  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • We never share your data with other NuMoon customers or external services.
  • We never access data beyond what is needed to generate your analytics and insights.
  • We never write to your connected accounts — all integrations use read-only access.
  • We never store full credit card numbers, bank account details, or login credentials for your connected tools.

4. Disconnecting and Deleting Your Data

You are always in control of your data:

  • Disconnect anytime — go to Dashboard → Integrations and click Disconnect on any tool. We immediately revoke the OAuth token and stop syncing.
  • Delete your account — email privacy@numoon.ai to request full account and data deletion. We process deletion requests within 7 business days.
  • Export your data — you can request a full export of all data NuMoon holds about your account at any time.
